How Trinzik collects, uses, and protects information on this website.
Effective June 30, 2026
Who we are
This website, trinzik.ai (the “Site”), is operated by Trinzik, LLC (“Trinzik,” “we,” “us”), a Texas limited liability company based in Round Rock, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to bob@trinzik.ai.
Information we collect
We collect only what the Site needs to operate and to respond to you.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form or ask our assistant to set up a meeting, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the reason or message for your inquiry. You choose what to share; the form needs a name, an email, and a reason in order to reach us.
Assistant conversations
The Site offers an AI assistant. The messages you type into it are processed to generate a reply and to recognize when you are asking to speak with our team. If you ask the assistant to arrange a meeting and provide your contact details, those details are handled the same way as a contact-form submission.
Information collected automatically
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights) to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. This produces high-level, non-identifying information such as which pages are viewed, approximate region, and general device or browser type. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. To protect the contact endpoint from abuse, automated bot-detection (Vercel BotID) and edge rate limiting evaluate request signals; this is used for security, not marketing.
Requests from other software
The Site exposes an endpoint that lets other AI agents query public information about Trinzik. Those machine requests carry no personal information about you and are separate from the human contact and assistant features above.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up on a meeting or walkthrough request.
- Operate the AI assistant and answer your questions about Trinzik.
- Keep a record of leads so our team can follow up and maintain ordinary business records.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
AI processing and model training
Our assistant is powered by a commercial AI model from Anthropic, accessed through Anthropic’s paid API. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, the inputs and outputs sent through that API are not used to train its models. We do not use your messages to train any model of our own. We send only the content of your conversation needed to produce a reply; we do not transmit unrelated personal information to the model.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small set of established providers to run the Site. Each processes information only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and security commitments:
- Vercel, Inc.: website hosting, cookieless analytics and performance measurement, and bot protection (United States).
- Supabase, Inc.: secure database that stores contact and lead records so our team can follow up (United States).
- Resend: delivery of the email notification that tells our team about your inquiry.
- Anthropic, PBC: the AI model behind the assistant, used under its commercial no-training terms.
- Twilio: text-message notifications to our team about a new inquiry, where that option is enabled.
If you ask us to route an inquiry into a specific tool of yours (for example, a shared form or CRM during an engagement), that destination receives the details you direct us to send.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. Any cookies set are limited to what is necessary for the Site to function and to be protected from abuse.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and lead records for as long as needed to respond to you, to pursue or service an engagement, and to keep ordinary business records, after which we delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
How we protect information
Information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and is stored with providers that maintain recognized security programs. Access to lead records is limited to Trinzik and is used only to respond to and service inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. To do so, email bob@trinzik.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws; we honor those rights where they apply.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites; please review their own privacy policies.
Where information is processed
Trinzik operates in the United States, and the providers above process information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information is processed there.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
